He has taught Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Principles of Economics, Business Studies, Business organizational behavior.
Prof. Soe is a freelance writer and his articles and books are published in commerce and economic journals and magazines. He was the first prizewinner of National level Manuscript Competition 2000, Ministry of Information, Myanmar. He had awarded for excellence in teaching economics for 2007-2008 conferred by DLD College London. In addition to teaching, now he is teaching economics in PISM, ECE education centre, an adviser to the SMEs Myanmar.

Mr. Przemyslaw Zareba used to be a Business Management Lecturer for “RAFFLES INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION (Raffles Education Corporation, Singapore)” at Surabaya in Indonesia since the beginning of 2014. Before that he was employed as an English Language Teacher at ENGLISH ZONE and AL FALAH ASSALAM SD respectively in Indonesia from October 2012 to December 2013. He had also served as an English Language Teacher in China for YUANG HENG JIA Education Group in 2012. In addition to teaching at RBS, Ms. Rianne Roggema serves as Country Manager at Rocket Internet’s motors.com.mm, a position she earned after serving as Business Development Manager at Carmudi, the fastest growing online vehicle marketplace in Myanmar. Prior to moving to Myanmar, Ms. Roggema served as a volunteer at the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Economics from the University of Amsterdam. Her studies included a combination of Micro- and Behavioral Economics which are used to predict and explain human behavior within organizations. Her Master’s thesis was titled, “The influence of reciprocity and competition on lying behavior: an analysis of gender differences,” and was presented at the Economic Science Association (ESA) World Meeting in 2013 in Zürich, Switzerland. Ms. Roggema also holds a VWO diploma, Economie en Maatschappij, from De Grundel; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam; with additional studies at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.

Ms. Roggema speaks both English and Dutch.

Having conducted volunteer work even as a child, Jim Hidalgo is very much at home visiting with orphans at the Hospice of Joseph as is he with managing an INGO project in Sub-Saharan Africa. A true “people” person at heart, it is with no surprise that Jim holds an appointment as the Director of Human Resources for the KT Group. Having held management positions in the corporate, civil service, and not-for-profit environments, Jim brings with him a wealth of experience that literally spans the globe.

Prior to joining the KT Group, Jim was the Director of Operations for Myanmar Market Research and Development (MMRD). Under his leadership, the operations team developed and launched syndicated studies that were instrumental in the solicitation and eventual joint venture partnership that resulted with Nielsen. A staunch advocate of HR, Jim’s mantra of “Hard on the process, soft on the people” brought with it HR reforms that resulted in standardization of HR processes at MMRD.

Jim worked at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the metropolitan Washington, DC area prior to moving to Myanmar. While at SHRM he provided subject matter expertise in the development, testing, and marketing of SHRM products and services. He also introduced predictive analytics at SHRM that resulted in targeted marketing campaigns that yielded the Society $4M USD in increased revenue.

Jim’s professional affiliation includes membership with the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Marketing Association. He graduated with a BA in Political Science from Jacksonville State University, was a Fellow, and holds an MPA from the University of Vermont. Jim also attended post graduate studies at Duke University and the University of Georgia.

She has been Korea as a research fellow under Korean-ASEAN Academic Exchange Program in 2001.She has finished Ph. D program at Yangon Institute of Economics in 2007. She attended Case Studies Workshop in Kualalumpur under MTCP (Malaysia Technical Cooperation Program) in 1999. She has been received third prize winner in that workshop for her case. She was chosen as final year outstanding student at Yangon Institute Economics under Luyachun Program (one of the National Level Programs awarded by the Minister of the Ministry of Education) in 1980.
